We are hiring AM-HIM Services(ENM(IP & OP)) for Noida Location

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of E&M; coders handling Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) coding activities.
- Ensure daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor coding accuracy and compliance with client-specific requirements, ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and quality reviews to identify coding errors and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to improve coding proficiency and performance.
- Handle client queries, escalations, and operational issues effectively.
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze productivity and quality trends and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities for the team.
- Assist in resource planning and workload allocation based on business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, HIPAA,



and organizational policies.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisal activities.
- Conduct team huddles and one-on-one discussions to address operational challenges and enhance employee engagement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Biotechnology, Zoology, Microbiology, or any related healthcare field.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC), CPC-H/COC, CRC, CCS, CIC, or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience

- 6 to 15 years of overall medical coding experience.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in leading a coding team.
- Hands-on experience in ENM IP and OP coding.
- Experience in productivity management, quality audits, and team performance management.

- Solid knowledge of:E&M; Coding Guidelines

- CPT
- HCPCS
- Medical Terminology
- Anatomy & Physiology
- CMS and payer regulations
