Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in elementary education/TTC/B Ed / Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience
- Prior experience in teaching primary-level students is highly desirable.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
- Technical Requirements:
- Reliable laptop/computer
- Stable WiFi connection for seamless online classes.
