We are looking for experienced Aircraft Procurement professionals to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aviation/airline procurement or MRO environments, with exposure to aircraft spare parts, materials, suppliers, and time-sensitive procurement requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing and purchasing activities for aviation/aircraft materials
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, orders, and deliveries
- Support procurement requirements related to airline and aircraft maintenance operations
- Coordinate with internal technical, maintenance, planning, and operations teams
- Track material availability, purchase orders, and delivery timelines
- Handle time-sensitive procurement requirements and ensure timely material support
- Maintain effective vendor relationships and support procurement negotiations
Key Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Aviation / Airline Procurement / MRO
- Experience with aircraft spare parts,
aviation materials, components, or related procurement
- Understanding of sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and material coordination
- Exposure to airline or MRO procurement processes is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to work with technical, maintenance, operations, and supplier teams
- Comfortable handling urgent and time-sensitive aviation procurement requirements
- 10+2 must be completed from a regular/full-time school
