About the Role iQ Future Private Limited is looking for a highly creative AI Video Creator & Motion Graphics Editor to create scroll-stopping AI videos, cinematic Reels, advertisements, product visuals and motion graphics for ieltsiq.ai.

This role goes beyond traditional video editing. We are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept to final video using a combination of generative AI, motion graphics and professional video editing.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging AI-generated videos, Instagram Reels, ads and campaign creatives.

Generate realistic/cinematic AI characters, environments and scenes.

Maintain character and visual consistency across multiple AI-generated shots.

Transform scripts and marketing concepts into visual storyboards.

Create professional 2D/3D motion graphics, typography and animations.

Animate iQ app screens, features and product demonstrations.

Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and paid advertising campaigns.

Create solid hooks and fast-paced short-form storytelling.

Handle transitions, VFX, colour grading, captions and visual effects.

Add voiceovers, background music and professional sound design.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Social Media Team and Founder on campaigns.

Stay updated with emerging AI video-generation technologies and creative trends.





Skills & Tools

Candidates should be proficient in Adobe After Effects and video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Experience with generative AI tools such as Veo, Kling AI, Runway, Sora, Seedance, Midjourney or equivalent platforms is highly desirable.

A strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, camera movement, lighting, composition, typography, pacing and social-media content is essential.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can independently execute:

Idea → Script → Storyboard → AI Generation → Motion Graphics → Editing → Sound Design → Final Video

You should be experimental, detail-oriented and capable of turning a simple marketing idea into a premium, visually compelling piece of content.

Portfolio Required

Applicants must submit a portfolio/showreel demonstrating relevant work.

AI-generated videos, motion graphics, cinematic advertisements and high-quality Reels will receive particular consideration.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a 15–20 second practical creative assignment.
