- We are seeking experienced AI TrainerLiterature with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join us in Hyderabad and contribute to impactful AI training projects

- Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine literature-based questions, answers, summaries, and analysis across genres and time periods
- Evaluate AI-generated literary content for coherence, thematic relevance, and interpretive depth
- Identify and correct inaccuracies in AI understanding of literary devices, historical context, and critical analysis




- Collaborate on training LLMs using RLHF techniques in literary comprehension and creative expression

- Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in English Literature or related fields (Teaching, Research, Academic Writing, etc )

- Solid understanding of literary forms, theory, criticism, and major literary works/authors
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated analysis and improve its literary sensitivity and accuracy
- Familiarity with classic and contemporary literature across regions is a plus
