- We are seeking experienced Chemistry Trainers with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join us in Hyderabad and contribute to impactful AI training projects
- Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine Chemistry problems, solutions, and detailed explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated Chemistry content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and relevance
- Identify and correct errors in AI responses across various Chemistry topics
- Support training and fine-tuning of LLMs using RLHF methodologies
- Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in Chemistry-related domains (Teaching, Research, Content Development, etc )
- Strong knowledge in areas like Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry
- Ability to assess and enhance AI-generated responses critically
- Familiarity with academic or competitive exam content is a plus
