Role & responsibilities :

Hands-on Claude experience: can demonstrate how they use it for practical work and check the results

- Practical scripting ability, Python preferred; able to build and maintain small automations, not just handle tickets
- API integration experience: comfortable with REST APIs, authentication, JSON and troubleshooting failed requests
- Understanding of access permissions and safe handling of internal data when connecting Claude to other systems
- Solid written English; almost all communication is asynchronous and written
- Service-minded, patient with non-technical users, and precise in documentation
- Disciplined tracking of support requests, changes and follow-ups

The scope is Claude and its approved integrations, not general AI tooling support or ownership of the underlying platform. Complex integrations, platform changes and security decisions are escalated to the relevant specialists.
