We help B2B, SaaS, D2C and services brands in India, the US, the UK, the UAE, Europe and Australia get found on Google and in AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), and we run their paid media, social media, creative and websites. The role

Search is moving from blue links to AI answers. We are hiring an AI SEO Specialist who can grow our clients' visibility on Google and inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. You will work on 3 to 5 client brands at a time across India, the US and the UK, and you will be measured on rankings, organic traffic and AI citations, not on activity.

What you will do

- Run AI visibility audits: check how client brands show up for buying-intent prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
- Do keyword and prompt research and turn it into topic clusters and content briefs
- Optimise pages on WordPress: titles, meta, headings, internal links, FAQs and schema (Organization, Article, FAQ, Product)
- Run technical checks with Google Search Console and Screaming Frog (indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals) and coordinate fixes with developers
- Build citations and backlinks on the sources AI models actually quote: Reddit, Quora, listicles, directories, review sites and niche publications
- Draft and edit AI-assisted content in an answer-first format, checked by hand for accuracy and brand voice
- Track rankings,



organic traffic and AI mentions every week and prepare the monthly client report

What you need (mandatory)

- 1 to 2 years of hands-on SEO experience at a digital marketing agency
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4 and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Hands-on on-page SEO in WordPress with Rank Math or Yoast
- Daily use of ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, and a clear view of how AI search tools pick and cite sources
- Comfort with off-page SEO: outreach, guest posts, forum and community participation
- Strong written English

Valuable to have

- Schema markup (JSON-LD) and deeper technical SEO skills
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
- Experience with US, UK or other international client websites
- A personal site, blog or side project that ranks on its own

Work details

- Location: Suite 2, H-36, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (work from office)
- Working days: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Employment type: Full-time
- Experience: 1 to 2 years (digital marketing agency experience mandatory)
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
