You build and maintain the agentic infrastructure that powers Knometrix AI intelligence services. You will work closely with our research team to translate intelligence requirements into reliable, scalable agent systems: designing orchestration flows, tuning model prompts, and ensuring data quality across the full processing pipeline. This is a role at the intersection of AI engineering and research methodology.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain agentic AI workflows for intelligence collection and synthesis

- Develop and refine prompt architectures for classification, clustering, and synthesis tasks

- Build and maintain source ingestion pipelines across news, social, review, and regulatory feeds

- Evaluate frontier model performance for specific research tasks and recommend capability improvements

- Instrument the system for quality monitoring: confidence scoring, anomaly detection, output auditing

Requirements





- Robust Python engineering: you write clean, maintainable production code

- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks

- Experience with data pipeline design and management at scale

- Understanding of NLP concepts: classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis

- Curiosity about research methodology: you want to understand what good intelligence means, not just what the model output says

- Experience with frontier model evaluation and benchmarking
