Role description

We are seeking an experienced AI-SDLC Architect to help enterprise engineering teams adopt AI-native software delivery practices. This role combines architecture, engineering, and client engagement responsibilities to design, implement, and scale AI-assisted development workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Claude, DevOps, AI coding agents, secure software delivery, cloud architecture, and enterprise-scale governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess existing software delivery processes and redesign them using AI-native and agentic development workflows.
- Architect and implement AI coding agent integration within enterprise development pipelines and cloud environments.
- Define AI-SDLC reference architectures, blueprints, and implementation approaches aligned with business and engineering goals.
- Design and optimize DevOps and CI/CD pipelines that enable secure and efficient AI-assisted software delivery.
- Implement security controls, static analysis, dependency scanning, secrets detection, and governance mechanisms within delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with client engineering teams to drive adoption of AI-powered development practices.
- Provide technical leadership on AI-native SDLC transformation, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Design secure deployment patterns for AI coding agents using enterprise cloud environments.
- Support tooling governance, operational scalability, and usage management for AI-assisted engineering platforms.
- Communicate architectural decisions, implementation strategies, trade-offs,



and rollout plans to technical and business stakeholders.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Engineer working directly with client engineering teams.
- Strong experience implementing AI-assisted development workflows and modern software delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based application delivery and secure deployment models.
- Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders.
