Job Posting – AI Platform & Computer Vision Engineer

About the Role

SeeCubic is looking for an AI Platform & Computer Vision Engineer to help establish and grow our AI development capabilities.

This role combines AI platform ownership with hands-on AI/ML and Computer Vision development. You will work on solutions related to content conversion, depth map creation, image enhancement and future AI-enabled commercial applications.

You will also work closely with internal teams and external AI technology partners to evaluate, develop, test and deploy practical AI solutions. The role will be based in our Pune organization.

What You Will Do

- AI Platform & Implementation
- Understand and operate the AI platform infrastructure, workflows and toolsets.
- Own and maintain the AI platform environment within SeeCubic Pune.
- Manage and optimize AI toolchains and workflows.
- Maintain AI pipelines for model training and inference.
- Support AI model testing, deployment and operational use.
- Integrate AI capabilities into product, content and development workflows.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external AI technology partners.
- Document platform architecture, workflows, model configurations and technical outcomes.

AI & Computer Vision Development
- Develop, train, test and optimize AI/ML and Computer Vision models.
- Work on use cases such as content conversion, depth map creation and image enhancement.
- Fine-tune and improve existing models.
- Evaluate model performance, reliability and scalability.
- Build Proof of Concepts and help move successful solutions towards production.




- Develop AI solutions for customer-specific and commercial use cases.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI technologies and models, including Computer Vision and depth-estimation solutions.
- Keep up to date with developments in AI, ML and Computer Vision.

AI Governance & Documentation
- Maintain clear technical documentation for AI models, workflows and architectures.
- Support best practices for model development, testing, deployment and lifecycle management.
- Ensure AI development follows relevant data governance, content security and compliance requirements.
- Help build AI knowledge and technical capability within the Pune team.

Collaboration

- Work with technical, creative, content, quality and commercial teams.
- Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Explain AI concepts and technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with external AI partners and technology suppliers.
- Support knowledge sharing across teams.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Physics or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning or Applied AI.
- Hands-on experience developing,



training, testing and/or deploying AI/ML models.
- Experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Computer Vision, image processing and/or deep learning.
- Experience with orchestrated Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Understanding of model training, evaluation and optimization.
- Knowledge of AI lifecycle management or MLOps.

Good to Have

- Experience with cloud, compute or high-performance AI environments.
- Experience with agent-based systems, automation tools and AI workflow orchestration.
