Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI M L Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that improve business processes and user experiences. The ideal candidate should have solid programming skills, experience with AI frameworks, and the ability to build scalable AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI/ML-based applications.

- Build and train Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.

- Develop AI-powered chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation solutions.

- Integrate AI models with web, mobile, and enterprise applications.

- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.

- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

- Develop APIs and microservices for AI applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and data engineers.

- Monitor deployed AI models and continuously improve their performance.

- Prepare technical documentation and maintain coding standards.

- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Python (preferred), Java, or C++.





- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, Hugging Face Transformers.

- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.

- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Understanding of software engineering principles and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Speech AI.

- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, or ChromaDB.

- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.
