About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on AI Instructor – Generative AI & AI Tools who can make AI easy, practical, and exciting to learn.

You will conduct live instructor-led sessions, demonstrate real-world AI workflows, guide learners through hands-on projects, and mentor them throughout their learning journey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, experimenting with AI tools, creating practical content, and helping others understand how AI can be applied in the real world.

What You'll Do

- Conduct engaging live sessions on Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Tools, and AI Applications.
- Explain complex AI concepts in a simple, practical, and beginner-friendly manner.
- Demonstrate tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging AI platforms.
- Create practical exercises, assignments, demos, and project-based learning experiences.
- Guide learners in building real-world AI projects and workflows.
- Mentor learners and conduct doubt-clearing sessions.
- Review assignments and capstone projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Help develop and continuously improve XtraMindAI's curriculum and learning materials.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, AI Agents, automation, and emerging AI tools.
- Collaborate with the academic and product teams to improve the overall learner experience.




- Create engaging educational content when required, including tutorials, demonstrations, and learning resources.

What We're Looking For

- Solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, and modern AI tools.
- Hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI automation platforms, no-code/low-code AI tools, or similar platforms.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical and beginner learners.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in teaching, training, mentoring, workshops, or technology education is a strong advantage.
- Ability to create practical projects, exercises, and demonstrations.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously experiment with new AI tools and technologies.
- Patient, approachable, and learner-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup/EdTech environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred, but strong practical AI experience can be considered in place of a formal degree.

Good to Have

- Experience with AI Agents, RAG, LangChain, APIs, AI automation, or workflow automation.
- Experience creating educational content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, or online learning platforms.
- Experience conducting corporate AI training or workshops.
- Experience working with an LMS or online teaching platform.
- A portfolio of AI projects, tutorials, workshops, or educational content.
