About the Role

Ryvanta Solutions LLP is looking for a passionate and tech-savvy AI Automation Intern who will be responsible for identifying manual processes within the organization and transforming them into efficient automated workflows using AI and modern automation tools.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, workflow automation, business process optimization, and emerging technologies. This role offers hands-on exposure to real business challenges where automation can significantly improve productivity, efficiency, and scalability.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Automation

- Analyze existing business operations and identify repetitive manual tasks.
- Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Work on automating recruitment, reporting, follow-ups, data management, and operational processes.
- Create automated dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems.
- Develop solutions to streamline internal communication and task management.

AI & Technology Implementation
- Research and implement AI tools to improve business efficiency.
- Explore the use of ChatGPT, AI Agents, workflow automation platforms, and productivity tools.
- Assist in integrating AI solutions into day-to-day business operations.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for decision-making and process optimization.

Workflow & System Development
- Build and manage automated workflows using tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Make (Integromat)
- Zapier
- Google Apps Script
- Airtable
- Notion
- Google Workspace Automation
- CRM & HR Automation Tools
- Document automation processes and workflows.
- Test and optimize automation systems for accuracy and efficiency.

Data & Reporting
- Automate data collection and reporting processes.
- Create performance dashboards and operational reports.




- Maintain automation documentation and process maps.
- Generate insights from business data to support management decisions.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of AI tools and automation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Interest in workflow automation and business process improvement.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI-based productivity tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and databases.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, or Google Apps Script.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms.
- Exposure to Python, JavaScript, or automation scripting is a plus.

Candidate Profile
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Passionate about AI, automation, and technology-driven problem-solving.
- Self-driven, innovative, and eager to experiment with new tools.
- Strong attention to detail and execution mindset.
