Role Description The AI Generalist and Creative Head is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on experimentation with AI tools, and creative leadership to support branding, marketing, and product storytelling for Toyo Kombucha.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and testing AI platforms, building workflows to support content creation and design, and generating ideas for campaigns, packaging, and digital experiences. The role also involves collaborating with founders and cross-functional teams to translate brand vision into AI-assisted creative assets, managing content calendars, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging across channels.



The AI Generalist and Creative Head will monitor performance, refine strategies based on data and feedback, and stay up to date with emerging AI and creative trends relevant to consumer brands.

Qualifications

- Solid creative direction and brand-building skills, including concept development, storytelling, and visual sensibility.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., generative text, image, and video platforms) and the ability to design practical workflows around them.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data, user feedback, and market trends to inform creative decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with founders and team members.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a self-driven, experimental mindset and openness to iteration.
- Background in marketing, design, technology, or related fields; experience in consumer goods or health and wellness brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Communications, Design, Marketing, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in healthy living, food and beverage trends, and the mission of making kombucha accessible across India.
