/ Ai Overview Aptino, Inc., a leading innovator in artificial intelligence, is excited to announce an opening for a passionate and driven AI Engineer (Fresher) to join our dynamic team in Viman Nagar, Pune.

This pivotal full-time role is perfectly suited for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0-1 years of experience who possess a profound interest in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI and Machine Learning. As an integral AI Engineer at Aptino, you will be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and deploying intelligent solutions that push the boundaries of technology, contributing directly to our next generation of AI-powered products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and Machine Learning models, with a specific focus on Generative AI techniques and applications.
- Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other prominent AI frameworks, adapting and deploying them to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and data science, to meticulously gather requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications and scalable AI solutions.
- Actively participate in the entire MLOps lifecycle, encompassing everything from initial experimentation and rapid prototyping to seamless deployment, continuous integration, and diligent monitoring of AI systems in production.
- Proactively conduct thorough research, staying abreast of the latest breakthroughs, academic publications, and industry trends in AI,



machine learning, and agentic AI to inform and inspire recent development initiatives.
- Write clean, efficient, modular, and extensively documented code, primarily leveraging Python, ensuring maintainability and scalability of all AI components.
- Contribute constructively to peer code reviews, offer insightful feedback, and actively engage in knowledge sharing sessions to foster a collaborative and learning-rich environment within the engineering team.
- Assist in evaluating and selecting appropriate AI tools, libraries, and platforms to optimize development workflows and enhance model performance.

Requirements

- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative and technical field from a reputable institution.
- Demonstrate 0-1 year of relevant professional experience, which can include impactful internships, significant academic projects, or foundational roles in AI/ML development.
- Exceptional programming proficiency in Python is a mandatory prerequisite, coupled with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and data structures.
- Solid foundational understanding of core AI/ML concepts, algorithms, statistical methods, and deep learning architectures.
- Practical familiarity with Generative AI principles, the application of Large Language Models (LLMs), and hands-on experience with at least one major AI framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- A profound and demonstrable interest in emerging AI technologies, a proactive attitude towards continuous learning, and an innate curiosity to explore and master new tools and techniques.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities,



with the ability to dissect complex problems, formulate innovative solutions, and articulate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a contributing member within a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative team environment.
