As an AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying next-generation artificial intelligence solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. You will work within a forward-thinking team, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI to deliver transformative results for our clients. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and optimize advanced Generative AI models and Machine Learning algorithms.




- Design and deploy robust solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures to enhance data processing and information retrieval.
- Contribute to the development of Agentic AI systems, improving automation and decision-making capabilities across various applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing and new platforms.
- Conduct rigorous testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning of AI models to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Research and stay abreast of the latest advancements, tools, and best practices in artificial intelligence and machine learning domains.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of AI product development, from conceptualization and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG frameworks, and Agentic AI.




- Exceptional proficiency in Python programming and its ecosystem for AI/ML development.
- Solid theoretical and practical understanding of Machine Learning principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a full-time, onsite capacity for 5 days a week at our client's office in Gurgaon.
- Solid problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
