About the Role

We are looking for a driven AI Engineer with around 2 years of hands-on experience to join the technology team. The candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML solutions and will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to take AI capabilities from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for real-world business use cases.
- LLM & Generative AI: Build applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or Milvus.
- Web Scraping: Hands-on experience with web scraping tools/libraries such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or Playwright.
- API Integration: Develop robust REST APIs and microservices to integrate AI models with web and mobile applications.
- Deployment & MLOps: Deploy models on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure,



and monitor performance, latency, and accuracy in production.
- Data Pipelines: Work with data teams to clean, process, and manage datasets for model training and inference.
- Optimization: Optimize models and applications for speed, cost efficiency, and memory utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 12 years focused on AI/ML implementation.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- AI/ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Generative AI: Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and/or LlamaIndex.
- Databases: Familiarity with relational and vector databases.
- Cloud & Tools: Experience with Docker, Git, and at least one cloud platform — AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- CS Fundamentals: Valuable understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
