JD for AI Engineer (Remote) Position

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated AI Engineers to join a strategic enterprise modernization initiative focused on leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to accelerate the transformation of complex legacy systems. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in AI-driven software modernization, solution architecture, and enterprise-scale AI implementation.

Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-assisted modernization solutions for enterprise applications.
- Build and implement Generative AI modernization accelerators to automate analysis, transformation, and modernization of legacy systems.
- Design and deploy LLM-powered architectures, including prompt engineering strategies and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions for autonomous workflow execution and intelligent decision-making.
- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge repositories and vector databases.
- Drive code analysis automation, source code understanding, and business rule extraction using AI technologies.
- Develop source-to-target conversion accelerators for application modernization initiatives.
- Build AI-driven test generation frameworks to improve software quality and modernization efficiency.




- Conduct legacy system reverse engineering and create modernization roadmaps.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI workflows.
- Deep understanding of RAG Architecture, vector search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Strong experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
- Expertise in Machine Learning Lifecycle Management (MLOps) and AI Governance practices.
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture for enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience with:
- Code analysis automation
- Business rule extraction using AI
- Source-to-target transformation and migration platforms
- Automated test generation frameworks
- Legacy application assessment and reverse engineering
