AI Data Product Designer / Developer

Location: Remote (India, LATAM, or Europe)

1. Role Summary

- Seeking an experienced AI Data Product Designer/Developer with hands-on expertise in Snowflake, Collibra, and GitHub to design, build, and govern pharmaceutical commercial data products. This role bridges data engineering, governance, and AI product development to power analytics and AI/ML use cases across sales, marketing, market access, and field operations.

2. Key Responsibilities Data Engineering & Snowflake

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data products and pipelines in Snowflake optimized for AI/ML and analytics.
- Execute data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning within Snowflake.
- Build automated testing, validation, CI/CD, and deployment workflows for data pipelines.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to pipeline performance, latency, and data quality.

Data Governance & Compliance (Collibra)

- Partner with governance teams to catalog, classify,



and document data assets in Collibra.
- Enforce data lineage, quality rules, business glossary terms, and role-based access controls.
- Ensure strict compliance with pharma industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, PII handling, data masking).

Pharma Commercial Data & AI Integration

- Design data products using pharma data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva CRM, Salesforce, payer/claims data).
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to translate model requirements into reusable data products.
- Support commercial analytics use cases including sales force alignment, targeting, market share analysis, patient journey analytics, and forecasting.

3. Work from home Requirements

- Eligible Regions: India, Latin America (Costa Rica, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia), or Europe.
- Setup & Skills: Reliable home office, stable internet, and fluent written/spoken English.
- Working Hours: Flexible, but requires mandatory overlap with US Eastern / CET for team syncs and stakeholder meetings.
