Role Description The AI Based Motion Graphic Designer will work full time on-site at our New Delhi office, creating engaging motion graphics and visual content for educational and career-focused materials.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing motion graphics for videos, using AI tools to enhance visual storytelling, and collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams to translate complex information into clear, appealing visuals. The role involves producing and editing video assets, optimizing graphics for multiple digital platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs.



The designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative concepts for campaigns, and stay current with trends in motion design, AI-driven design tools, and educational media.

Qualifications

- Strong motion design and motion graphics skills, including experience with animation and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience in video production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for various formats.
- Proficiency in graphic design and graphics creation for digital platforms, with a solid understanding of layout, color, and typography.
- Ability to work with AI-based design and video tools, and openness to adopting new technologies and workflows.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent).
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video work relevant to education, marketing, or digital media.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in design, animation, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
