Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Automation & MIS Executive who can manage MIS reporting, automate repetitive business processes, and use AI/digital tools to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, a good understanding of MIS, and practical knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, dashboards and management reports.
- Collect, validate, consolidate and analyse data from different departments.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and implement AI-based and workflow automation solutions.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and other relevant tools for data analysis, reporting and process improvement.
- Automate data collection, reporting, follow-ups and routine MIS activities wherever possible.
- Create Google Sheets/Excel-based automated trackers, dashboards and management reports.
- Work with formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional logic and data validation.




- Use Google Apps Script / Excel automation to streamline recurring MIS processes.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality and timely reporting.
- Analyse business data and highlight trends, variances, gaps and key insights to management.
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, Finance, Purchase and Operations teams for data collection and reporting.
- Develop new MIS formats based on management requirements.
- Continuously explore current AI tools, automation techniques and digital solutions to improve productivity.

- Dashboard and MIS preparation
- Data cleaning and analysis

- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
