Vezras is an AI-powered enterprise intelligence startup. We build a command centre that tells enterprise leaders exactly what’s off-track in their business — every morning, before it compounds into a crisis.

We connect data across finance, operations, sales, and HR, detect anomalies overnight, and deliver a prioritised briefing instead of yet another dashboard.

Vezras was founded by an IIT Delhi alumnus with 25 years of enterprise and AI experience as a founder of leading tech startups in India.

The Role

As an AI Associate, you’ll work closely with the founder and help build the products at the core of Vezras — using modern AI tools to develop applications, connect data systems, and automate workflows that turn raw enterprise data into clear decisions.

What You’ll Do

- Build and ship features for our web and mobile products using AI-assisted development tools.
- Integrate data and automate workflows across business systems using low-code AI platforms.
- Prototype quickly with LLMs to turn ideas into working software.
- Work directly with the founder and senior engineers to take features from concept to live product.
- Test, debug, and continuously improve what you build.

What We’re Looking For




- Sharp thinking — strong reasoning and problem-solving skills. You can work through problems you haven’t seen before and commit to growth and project building.
- Data & BI understanding — familiarity with data analytics and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Business sense — you understand why the work matters, not just how it’s built. It’s at the heart of what we do.
- Adaptability — you stay updated on the latest AI tools, bring current ideas to the team, and can handle changing tools, priorities, and ambiguity.
- Clear communication & active ownership — you can explain your thinking simply, both in writing and in conversation.

Eligibility Any graduate from any discipline, including B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, and others, graduating in 2023, 2024, or 2025.

Good to Have

- Exposure to coding or hands-on experimentation with AI tools and LLMs.
- A personal project, portfolio, or side build — however small.
