Role Overview

Hands-on Architect responsible for designing and building scalable Agentic AI systems leveraging Python backends, Generative AI, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Agentic AI architectures (Planner, Supervisor, multi-agent workflows)

- Build RAG systems with vector DB and semantic search

- Develop Python backend APIs (FastAPI/Flask)

- Implement LLM pipelines and prompt engineering strategies

- Integrate agents with enterprise systems (APIs, DBs, tools)

- Optimize performance (latency, cost, accuracy)

- Drive best practices: code reviews, design, observability

- Mentor team and guide architecture decisions

Required Skills

- Solid Python backend development

- Experience in Agentic AI / multi-agent systems

- LLMs, prompt engineering, reasoning frameworks

- RAG pipelines & vector databases

- Microservices & API design

- Azure/AWS/GCP AI services, Docker, Kubernetes

Experience

10+ years engineering, 3+ years GenAI experience, proven architecture expertise
