Job Overview

TESCRA is seeking a highly experienced and cutting-edge AI Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions across our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and cloud platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure AI architectures.

You will play a pivotal role in defining our AI technology roadmap and ensuring the successful adoption of AI across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and lead the development of end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI architectures tailored for diverse enterprise use cases.
- Define the technology strategy, establish architectural patterns, frameworks, and best practices for AI solutions.
- Architect advanced solutions leveraging LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
- Design and implement sophisticated RAG pipelines, encompassing document ingestion, chunking strategies, embedding generation, vector database integration, retrieval mechanisms, and reranking processes.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate leading LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or relevant open-source models.
- Design and architect AI solutions utilizing major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, product management, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical designs.
- Define and design APIs,



microservices, data pipelines, model-serving architectures, and robust integration patterns.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI security, governance, responsible AI principles, data privacy, and model evaluation methodologies.
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, latency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough technology evaluations, lead Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and recommend suitable AI/ML technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to the evolution of architecture standards and technical documentation.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, AI/ML, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated strong experience in designing and architecting AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Hands-on proficiency with Python, and a strong understanding of Java/JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, RAG principles, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel,



or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts and their practical application.
- Experience with cloud AI services, including Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
- Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), REST APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of database systems, data engineering principles, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML deployment strategies, monitoring, model evaluation, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, security best practices, scalability considerations, and integration patterns.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Proven experience in building enterprise-grade AI-powered applications or sophisticated AI agents.
- Exposure to multimodal AI, computer vision, speech processing, or advanced NLP techniques.
- Familiarity with open-source LLMs such as Llama, Mistral, or similar models.
- Experience working with various vector databases, including Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, or Azure AI Search.
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, Responsible AI implementation, and model security protocols.
- Experience operating within large-scale enterprise or product development environments.
