About the RoleWe’re looking for a senior AI/ML Architect / Lead AI Engineer who can go deep into engineering while also owning the architecture and development of AI products.

You’ll work on Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, ML systems, and scalable production-grade platforms — from architecture and model development to deployment and optimization.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and turning AI ideas into real products.

What You’ll Work On

- Design and build scalable AI/ML and Generative AI products
- Architect LLM and Agentic AI applications
- Build AI agents with multi-step reasoning, tool usage and contextual memory
- Develop end-to-end AI/ML pipelines
- Work on model training, fine-tuning, feature engineering and real-time inference
- Build and manage MLOps and model deployment pipelines
- Design high-performance, distributed and scalable systems
- Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability and cost
- Work closely with product and business teams to turn ideas into technical solutions
- Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies

What We’re Looking For
- 14–15+ years of strong engineering experience
- Deep hands-on experience building AI/ML products
- Robust expertise in Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI
- Experience taking AI solutions from architecture → development → production
- Strong system design and distributed-systems knowledge
- Ability to make architecture and technology decisions independently
- Experience leading engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on
- Strong business understanding and ability to connect technology with business outcomes
- Experience in Finance, Healthcare or Retail is a plus
