Role Description The AI Agent Developer is a full-time role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with a hybrid working model, allowing a mix of onsite collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the individual designs, builds, and maintains AI agents and automation workflows that solve real business problems across different industries.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements, architecting AI agent behaviors, integrating APIs and data sources, and testing and optimizing agents for performance, reliability, and user experience. The AI Agent Developer collaborates with product managers, designers, and client stakeholders to translate business processes into scalable AI solutions and to iterate based on feedback and measurable results.



The role also involves documenting solutions, supporting deployments, and staying current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve the company’s agentic automation capabilities.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in AI and machine learning development (e.g., working with LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, and AI frameworks) that enable the creation of robust AI agents.
- Experience with software engineering fundamentals (e.g., Python or similar programming languages, RESTful APIs, data integration, and version control tools such as Git).
- Ability to design and implement workflow automation solutions (e.g., using orchestration platforms, RPA tools, or no-code/low-code automation systems).
- Competence in system design and architecture for scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-driven applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to model business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including the ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern deployment practices (containers, CI/CD) is an advantage.
