Role & responsibilities:-

- Manage Maintenance of the Ash Handling Plant (Wet Ash System & Ash Dyke area).
- Ensuring 100 'X Availability of Ash Handling System.
- Responsible for System Healthiness wrt: Ash Dyke, Ash Slurry Pumps, Ash Water Pumps, Guard/Treated Water Pumps, Clarifiers, Collecting Tower, Bottom Ash Disposal Line, Ash Disposal Line up to Ash Dyke etc.
- Regular Monitoring & Follow Up for Thickness Survey Report wrt: Ash Disposal & Bottom Ash Disposal Line & accordingly timely action for pipeline Rotation/Replacement.
- Monitoring of Ash Dyke and Controlled Measurement's for Fugitive Emission Control.
- Ens are availability of Soares and other Infrastructure for Maintenance of Ash Handling Plant.
- Minimize response time to the customer (i.e. Operations) for handling routine day-to-day problems.
- Monitoring Defect/PM and Availability of Equipment.
- Data collection, Analysis and Bench Marking.




- Root Cause Analysis with its Action Plan.
- Spares Refurbishment - Exporing Current Ideas.

Functional Competencies:-

- Experience and working exposure of 0 & M Ash Handling (Wet Ash System).
- Compliance with procedures relating to documentation and record keeping of Equipment history.
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures with respect to
- Technical trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of Engineering , Erection and Operations.
- Knowledge of Electrical, C&I; and Civil Maintenance.
- Knowledge of Finance, HR,Contracts etc.
