Position: AGM/DGM Faade

Experience: 12-18 Years in faade execution for high-rise / large-scale projects

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

(Preferred: experience or specialization in faade / building envelope systems)

Role Objective To lead and manage faade project execution across multiple projects within the assigned region, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, safety standards, and cost control while coordinating with design, procurement, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

- Manage multiple faade projects ensuring execution as per approved schedule, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to baseline schedules and project milestones.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to project execution teams.

1. Project Planning & Coordination

- Lead project kick-off meetings and align internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Review and finalize project baseline schedules in coordination with planning teams.
- Ensure proper coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.

1. Design & Technical Oversight

- Review faade design proposals, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Ensure design compliance with project specifications, safety norms, and structural requirements.
- Provide technical inputs for resolving site execution challenges and design interfaces.

1. Material Procurement & Vendor Management

- Oversee material approval processes and vendor coordination.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of faade materials as per project schedules.
- Conduct periodic factory inspections to verify fabrication quality,



coating standards, and adherence to approved ITP.

1. Execution Monitoring & Quality Control

- Monitor daily and weekly project performance through regular review meetings with project teams.
- Ensure implementation of project-specific SOPs, safety protocols, and QA/QC procedures.
- Review and approve quality documentation (MIR, ITR, TOR) and ensure compliance with standards.

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and contractors for faade-related matters.
- Conduct periodic progress review meetings with stakeholders.
- Address and resolve technical, execution, and coordination issues effectively.

1. Commercial & Project Closure

- Monitor project budgets, billing progress, and cost control.
- Coordinate with commercial and planning teams for progress billing and financial tracking.
- Ensure completion of project documentation, as-built drawings, and final handover.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in faade systems, materials, fabrication, and installation methods.
- Proven experience in managing multiple high-rise faade projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong coordination with consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (Primavera / MS Project).
- Ability to manage project risks, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Team Management Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, and supervisors.
- Establish explicit roles, responsibilities, and SOPs for project teams.
- Ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the regional team.
