Job Title : AGM/AVP – Financial Crime Compliance (FCC)

Candidate Expectation

Candidates with 20-25 years of experience into Global Banking Operations & Relevant 20+Years into Financial Crime Compliance (FCC).-

Prior experience with top-tier consulting firms (Big 4 / Strategy firms) or global services organizations preferred.

Experience working with multi-geo teams and global clients (US, Europe, APAC).

Experience leading large, complex transformation programs from strategy through execution, including roadmap design and delivery oversight.

Track record of delivering at all levels within an organization of both business & IT (digital) capabilities.

Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions.

Preferred candidate Industry

Outsourcing/BPO/KPO/Management consulting/GCC/GBS

20-25 years with relevant experience in Banking & Financial Service domain Fin crime compliance

Relevant experience in Fin crime compliance ,AML Transaction Monitoring / Sanctions / for working for Global Bank





Preferably prior experience in reviewing clients / performing AML

Previous Project Management both predictive and adaptive model, Governance and PMO experience, this role will focus on Agile methodology

Capability to independently manage large initiatives

Experience in the Banking / Finance industry of which at least 5 years should be in change / transformation space or associated with change/transformation initiatives.

Should have hands on experience on AML tools such as World Check, Lexis Nexis, Bankers Almanac, Negative News Searches, OFAC search, Factiva, RDC, SEC, FINRA, One source, PI Navigator, Orbis and other like sites and services.

Positive understanding of Anti Money Laundering with proficiency in various entity types and ability to analyse complex ownership structures

Pro-actively flag issues to avoid surprises

Performing Appraisals for the team leaders on a monthly, half yearly and annual basis.

Flexible with night shifts
