Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies daily standups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives — across a larger, distributed team.

- Own and maintain JIRA boards, sprint hygiene, and burndown/velocity reporting and dashboards.

- Identify, track and remove impediments; manage dependencies across onsite (US) and offshore (India) members.

- Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practice and drive continuous improvement.

- Partner with the Business Analyst and Tech Lead on backlog refinement and prioritisation.

- Report sprint health,



risks and progress to programme leadership.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on JIRA / ADO administration and Agile metrics/reporting.

- Proven experience running Scrum for larger or multi-stream teams.

- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management and impediment resolution.

- Comfortable coordinating across onsite/offshore time zones.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

- CSM / PSM / Secure Scrum Master certification (uplifts the offering).

- Exposure to insurance / underwriting or other regulated-domain delivery.
