Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Years of experience: 10 to 14 years
Role purpose
Agile Delivery Lead - Enterprise Solutions Platform – (ESP) and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure (HCI)
Reports to: Technical Delivery Manager – Platform Delivery
Teams:
- Enterprise Solutions Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Platform CoE, DevOps tooling)
- Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure (HCI) – Onprem, Azure, hybrid connectivity, identity, core infrastructure platforms
Role purpose Own the end-to-end delivery flow for both the Enterprise Solutions Platform (Dynamics 365 F&O;/CE, Power Apps/Automate) and the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure teams, enabling a predictable, transparent, outcomefocused cadence of delivery across application, data, and infrastructure platforms.
The Agile Delivery Lead enables the ‘how’ of delivery, including facilitating quarterly Program Increment planning, biweekly sprint planning and retrospectives, managing delivery risks and dependencies, ensuring transparency, and driving continuous improvement.
The role works in close partnership with the ESP and HCI Technical Leads by providing delivery insight and enablement, while ownership of stakeholder communication, backlog prioritisation and product decisions remains with the respective Platform Technical Leads.
Delivery Management (primary accountability):
- Facilitate iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily flow management; ensure alignment to priorities set by the Technical Leads.
- Facilitate team translation of the prioritised backlog into a realistic, transparent delivery plan with clear sequencing and risk visibility.
- Manage delivery risks, impediments, and crossteam dependencies; escalate early when scope or capacity is at risk.
- Maintain visual delivery transparency in Azure DevOps (boards, dashboards, burnup/burndown).
- Ensure small, incremental slices of value and maintain delivery momentum.
Collaboration with Technical Leads (key relationships):
- Partner daily to ensure backlog items are welldefined, understood, and deliveryready.
- Provide evidencebased delivery insight (capacity, flow, risk, dependencies) to inform stakeholder communications.
- Attend stakeholder sessions in support of the Technical Lead; contribute delivery context when required.
Stakeholder Enablement:
- Prepare delivery updates, metrics, and visual artefacts to support stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate effective ceremonies across UK/India time zones; reduce friction, delays, and dependency latency.
- Ensure teams are clear on goals, expectations, ways of working, and how delivery risks are surfaced.
Requirements, Service & Change (supporting):
- Enable backlog refinement and acceptance criteria quality; ensure traceability from epics features stories.
- Coordinate release readiness, change windows, regression risk and firsttimepass for D365/Power Platform deployments.
- Enable achievement of service level objectives with operations; initiate actions to maintain/improve service performance.
Continuous Improvement & Coaching:
- Coach on LeanAgile delivery principles, values and practices (Scrum/Kanban, WIP limits, flow efficiency) suitable for platform delivery.
- Ensure retrospective actions are owned, tracked, and completed; adapt practices pragmatically to balance build/run/tech debt.
Success measures (how you will be assessed)
Delivery Enablement:
- 90% of planned work delivered per iteration without lastminute reprioritisation.
- Lead/cycle time trending down; throughput trending up quarteronquarter.
- Dependencies identified and resolved before impacting committed work.
Stakeholder Support:
- ESP and HCI Technical Lead feedback confirms stakeholder discussions are supported by transparent delivery insight.
- Clear separation of platform ownership vs delivery accountability consistently maintained.
- Stakeholders report confidence in delivery predictability and transparency.
Team Effectiveness & Improvement:
- Retrospective actions completed within agreed timescales.
- Reduced unplanned work and escalation churn.
- Healthy collaboration across time zones; ceremonies effective and wellattended.
Essential experience / skills

- Excellent facilitation and visual communication skills; strong dependency/risk management.
- Experience in capacity planning and resource coordination within delivery teams.
Desirable:
