About the Role

We are hiring Agency Development Executives for Kolkata location.

The role involves manpower sourcing, lead generation, candidate screening, telephonic engagement, regular follow-ups and achieving assigned manpower acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates/resources through outbound calls, references, databases, social media and other channels.
- Screen and assess prospects based on eligibility, communication and overall suitability.
- Explain the opportunity, earning potential, business expectations and licensing process, wherever applicable.
- Handle candidate queries and objections professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to build and maintain the candidate pipeline.
- Maintain accurate prospect records, pipeline status and follow-up details.
- Coordinate documentation, training, examination and licensing formalities, wherever applicable.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly manpower acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and newly onboarded resources.
- Coordinate with the Team Manager/Team Leader to improve manpower acquisition volume.
- Be comfortable with a target-oriented role involving candidate sourcing, telecalling and regular follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preferably graduated between 2021 and 2026.
- Bengali, English and Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, Google Calendar and email drafting.
- Strong persuasion and convincing ability.
- Lead generation and prospecting skills.
- Target-oriented approach and sales mindset.
- Persistence, follow-up ability and resilience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making and prioritisation ability.





Experience:

- Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Relevant backgrounds include Mass Recruitment, Telecalling and Relationship Management.
- Similar-role experience is preferred, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- There is no upper limit on relevant experience.
- Outstanding freshers may also be entertained based on overall profile and suitability.
- Experienced candidates must be able to provide valid documentary evidence/supporting documents for previous employment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Work Arrangement

Full-Time, Hybrid

Please note that the hybrid work arrangement may include occasional field visits depending on business requirements.

Candidate Preference

Kolkata and nearby candidates are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
