Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency channel, increasing revenue through new business acquisition and retention.

- Manage a team of agents, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Identify opportunities for growth within existing relationships with clients, upselling life insurance products where appropriate.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on product offerings and pricing.

Job Requirements :

- 1-7 years' experience in agency sales or development in the life insurance industry.

- Proven track record of success in developing strong relationships with agents or brokers.

- Robust understanding of life insurance products and markets, including regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
