Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage MoneyDot’s affiliate marketing program and partner network.

- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and strategic partners.

- Create and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Monitor affiliate performance, conversion rates, ROI, and overall campaign profitability.

- Identify current affiliate channels, partnerships, and market opportunities.

- Collaborate with creative, product, sales, and business development teams to improve campaign performance.

- Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, incentives, and promotional opportunities with partners.

- Ensure affiliate campaigns and promotional activities align with MoneyDot’s brand and business objectives.

- Prepare regular performance reports and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.

- Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, digital acquisition strategies, and competitor activity.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
