: Adobe Workfront Consultant
Position Summary
PwC is seeking an Adobe Workfront Consultant to translate business requirements into scalable Workfront configurations, automations, and integrations. The role combines business process optimization with technical enablement while ensuring platform governance, stability, adoption, and operational efficiency.
Designations
- Experienced Associate (2-4 years): Configures and supports assigned Workfront workflows, automations, and integrations with limited guidance.
- Senior Associate (5-8 years): Leads Workfront techno-functional workstreams, reviews solution quality, manages stakeholders, and guides junior team members.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead requirement discovery and translate business workflows into functional designs and technical specifications.
- Configure and optimize Workfront objects, including request queues, custom forms, workflows, templates, portfolios, and programs.
- Design and implement advanced automation using Workfront Fusion, APIs, and event subscriptions.
- Build and support integrations between Workfront and enterprise platforms.
- Partner with Workfront Administrators to ensure configurations align with enterprise standards and governance models.
- Leverage Workfront AI Assistant for summarization, information discovery, insights, and productivity use cases.
- Design AI-enabled workflow automation using Workfront Fusion and LLM/MCP-based capabilities where appropriate.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across workflows and integrations.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs and support UAT, release management, deployments, stabilization, and platform adoption.
Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration and configuration.
- Proven expertise with Workfront APIs and Workfront Fusion for automation and integration use cases.
- Solid understanding of project, program, resource, and enterprise work-management concepts.
- Experience with RESTful services, JSON, authentication models, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations and technical solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Workfront AI Assistant and AI-enabled workflow automation using Fusion, LLMs, or MCP-based capabilities.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience integrating Workfront with AEM, Jira, ServiceNow, CRM systems, or other enterprise applications.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture, cloud integration platforms, or middleware solutions.
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery environments.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
