Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in New Delhi.

The Admissions

Counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, including explaining programs, eligibility criteria, and application requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and maintaining accurate records of leads and enrollments. The role involves coordinating with academic and administrative teams, organizing information sessions, and supporting outreach activities to increase awareness of KG2PG EduHub’s offerings.



The admissions counselor is expected to meet enrollment targets while providing empathetic, ethical, and student-focused guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with students and families.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally and provide timely, accurate information.
- Candidates should possess sales skills to convert leads into enrollments while maintaining a consultative, student-first approach.
- Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in education to understand academic programs, curricula, and admission requirements.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, psychology, business, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain organized documentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM or admissions management tools, and clear written communication.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or academic advising is an advantage.
