Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Sector 16 , Logix Park, Noida. The Admissions Counselor will engage prospective students and families through in-person, phone, and digital interactions, providing clear information on programs, admission requirements, fees, and career pathways.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting campus tours and counseling sessions, guiding candidates through application and enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate records in admissions systems.



The role involves collaborating with academic teams, and meeting enrollment and conversion targets while ensuring a positive applicant experience. The counselor is expected to represent the institution professionally and uphold its standards of fairness, inclusivity, and student-centric service.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to counsel diverse prospective students and families effectively.
- Customer Service skills to provide responsive, courteous, and supportive assistance throughout the admissions process.
- Sales skills to manage leads, follow up systematically, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Education or Beauty and Wellness -related experience or understanding of academic programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or business is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Logix Park Sector 16, Noida,
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or admissions software; comfortable with phone, email, and messaging-based communication.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or in beauty & wellness education training institutes is preferred.
