About us & the job:

VM German Academy is a German language institute based in Chennai, offering German language training through both offline and online programs.

We are looking for a Admin & Admissions Counsellor who can take ownership of our Madipakkam learning centre and handle end to end enquiries. This is not a traditional receptionist role. You will be the first point of contact for many of our students, so we are looking for someone who can listen carefully, understand people, build genuine connections, and recommend the right course honestly.

What You Will Be Responsible For

1. Administrative Operations

- Take day-to-day administrative responsibility for our classroom centre in madipakkam.
- Ensure smooth communication with trainers & students to coordinate batches, classrooms and schedules.

2. Admissions & Customer Management Your responsibility is to handle a large volume of inbound enquiries coming from different sources and take the lead from enquiry → conversation → counselling → follow-up → admission.

You will

- Listen carefully to what the customer is saying and build trust.




- Understand the customer’s requirement and pain points to suggest right product.
- Handle objections and questions professionally.
- Record all customer detail and ensure no enquiry is forgotten.
- Follow up consistently and convert into admissions.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Excellent at communicating with people in Tamil and English.
- A very positive listener.
- Naturally curious about other people's goals and situations.
- Good at remembering details & highly organized
- Trustworthy and ready to take ownership.
- Prior experience in any sales / training centre administration roles

However, we are willing to consider candidates without direct experience if they demonstrate strong communication, learning ability, integrity and people skills.

Job Details

Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday Holiday)

Location: Office at Madipakkam, Chennai

Compensation: ₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
