University is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process and contribute to achieving enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills, with experience in student admissions, educational counseling, or sales. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.

/n

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to admissions.

/n

- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing personalized guidance and follow-up.

/n

- Maintain regular communication with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

/n

- Conduct campus tours and assist candidates during admission events, seminars,



and counseling sessions.

/n

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.

/n

- Coordinate with academic departments and other stakeholders to facilitate the admission process.

/n

- Assist in organizing admission drives, educational fairs, school visits, and promotional activities.

/n

- Achieve individual and team admission targets as assigned by the management.

/n

- Stay updated on university programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

/n /n Required Qualifications /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).

/n

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Admissions, Student Counseling, Educational Sales, Academic Counseling, or a similar role.

/n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

/n

- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.

/n

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

/n

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

/n

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
