Role Description The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. The role involves guiding prospective learners through the admission process, including responding to inquiries, conducting campus interactions, and explaining program details, eligibility, and fee structures.

The Admission

Counselor will follow up with leads, maintain accurate records of applications, and support conversion of inquiries into enrollments through informative counseling and basic sales activities. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with academic and administrative teams,



participating in outreach or events, and ensuring a positive experience for applicants and their families throughout the admission journey.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective learners and families.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide courteous, timely, and helpful support throughout the admission process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and support enrollment targets ethically and transparently.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding to explain programs, curricula, and career outcomes in a clear, learner-focused manner.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools, solid organizational and documentation skills, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English and local languages.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in education, business, hospitality, or a related field, along with prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles, is preferred.
