Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding IELTS/PTE exams and related services
- Handle IELTS and PTE exam bookings, rescheduling and cancellations
- Guide students on exam procedures, dates and availability
- Follow up with students and ensure timely confirmations
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student support
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
- Good English communication skills are essential
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
*Knowledge of IELTS/PTE is preferred
- Candidates from Calicut preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
