Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process, explaining course offerings, training pathways, fees, and eligibility criteria in a clear and professional manner.

The Admission

Counsellor will handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, schedule and conduct counselling sessions, and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with academic and operations teams, participating in outreach activities,



supporting admission events or seminars, and ensuring a positive, student-centric experience from first contact through enrollment.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in sales required
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective students and families.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide a supportive, responsive, and student-first admission experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments while maintaining ethical and transparent counselling practices.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding to explain aviation training programs, curricula, and career pathways accurately.
- Relevant experience in admissions, counselling, aviation training, or education services is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple inquiries, and maintain organized records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM or admission management tools) and comfort with phone and email communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counselling, or business is an advantage.
