Experience: 1–3 years in admissions, counselling, education sales, student relations, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the University's programmes, eligibility criteria, admission process, fees, scholarships, campus facilities, and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries received through phone calls, email, website leads, walk-ins, and other admission channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and applicants regularly to support lead conversion and completion of the admission process.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, career goals, and programme preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions in the CRM/admission management system.
- Assist applicants with application forms, document requirements, entrance/selection procedures, and other admission-related queries.
- Coordinate with academic departments and other internal teams to resolve student and parent queries.
- Participate in admission fairs, school/college visits, education exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and other outreach activities.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and education partners.




- Meet assigned admission and enrolment targets while maintaining a student-first approach.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.
- Stay updated on the University's programmes, admission policies, scholarships, and relevant education-sector developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education counselling, student recruitment, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi/Odia would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
