Role: Admission Counsellor / Senior Counsellor / Parent Relationship Officer

Location: Shahdara, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Experience: Freshers can apply

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Kannada- and Telugu-speaking parents with school admission enquiries.
- Explain school options, admission procedures, eligibility, and selection criteria.
- Understand parent requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Handle calls, follow-ups, and customer queries professionally.
- Maintain enquiry records and update customer information.
- Support the admission journey from initial enquiry to application.
- Work toward assigned performance and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Fluency in Kannada or Telugu is mandatory, both spoken and written.




- Working knowledge of English is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; relevant experience in counselling, customer service, sales, or education is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Positive organisational skills and attention to detail.
