Key Responsibilities

Reach out promptly to inbound leads generated via the Imperfectly app, website, social channels, and corporate tie-ups.

Understand prospective clients therapy or psychiatric requirements with active listening, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

Guide prospects through service tiers, explain session formats (in-person vs. teleconsultations), and convert inquiries into paid bookings.

Client Relationship.

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients post-booking, managing scheduling, cancellations, and renewals.

Proactively follow up post-session to assess satisfaction, encourage continuation packages, and minimize drop-offs.

Identify opportunities for re-engagement and family or couple counselling packages where relevant.

Coordinate between clients, psychologists, psychiatrists, and operations to ensure seamless session onboarding and schedule alignment.

Troubleshoot client concerns or app-related access queries swiftly before they escalate.
