Position: Admission Counsellor

Reports To: Principal / Admission Head

Job Summary The Admission Counsellor is responsible for driving student admissions by counselling prospective parents, managing the end-to-end admission process, conducting campus tours, maintaining admission records, and ensuring an excellent parent experience from inquiry to enrolment. The role requires robust communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.





Experience

- 2 - 5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer relationship management, or sales.
- Experience in CBSE schools is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication in English and the local language (Hindi/Telugu preferred for Hyderabad).
- Strong counseling and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Follow-up and persuasion skills.
- MS Office and ERP proficiency.
- Time management and multitasking.
