Role & responsibilities :

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding career opportunities and training programs.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in counseling sessions.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and skill requirements to recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement assistance, fee structures, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, referrals, and other sources.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and consistently achieve enrollment targets.
- Support students throughout the admission process, including registration, documentation, and fee collection.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with trainers, placement teams, and management to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to enhance trust and engagement.




- Participate in career counseling sessions, educational events, and promotional activities.

Desired profile:

- Graduate or postgraduate with robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in student counseling, career counseling, admissions, inside sales, education consulting, or a related field.
- Strong ability to understand students career goals and recommend suitable courses or training programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with students, parents, and working professionals.
- Comfortable handling inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face counseling.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve enrollment and admission targets.
