Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and clients regarding study abroad programs, universities, courses, and immigration pathways.

- Understand client requirements, academic background, career goals, and financial profile to recommend suitable options.

- Provide accurate information regarding countries, universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa procedures.

- Handle leads generated through various marketing and business channels and convert them into applications/admissions.

- Follow up with prospective clients regularly and maintain solid client relationships.

- Assist clients with the preparation and submission of admission and visa-related documents.

- Coordinate with universities, colleges, visa teams, and other relevant departments.





- Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, applications, and follow-ups.

- Achieve assigned counseling, conversion, admission, and sales targets.

- Stay updated with changes in international education, visa regulations, immigration policies, and admission procedures.

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the counseling and application process.

- Handle client queries, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
