About the Role
We are looking for an Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative, facility, and employee support activities. The role requires solid coordination, vendor management, follow-up, and execution skills to ensure smooth workplace operations.
Roles & Responsibilities Administration & Facility Management
- Manage day-to-day office and plant administration.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and facility services.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall workplace upkeep.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office and facility infrastructure.
Vendor & Service Management
- Coordinate with vendors for regular and ad-hoc requirements.
- Handle quotations, AMC renewals, service schedules, and vendor follow-ups.
- Track vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
- Support cost-effective procurement of administrative requirements.
Employee & Operational Support
- Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, events, meetings, and other administrative requirements.
- Address employee facility-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain administrative records, bills, invoices, and MIS.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Maintenance, Security, and other departments.
Compliance & Controls
- Maintain relevant licenses, agreements, and administrative documentation.
- Support internal audits and statutory/compliance requirements.
- Monitor administrative expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
Preferred Background
- 2-5 years of experience in Administration / Facility Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Graduate in Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of facility and vendor management.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and administrative MIS.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve operational issues independently.
